Excellent location, friendly staff, and a warm cozy environment. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed by the hosts and shown to my room. I felt right at home the entire time and the breakfast was delightful. An easy and recommended stop for anybody in Christchurch.

Nice location just 10 minutes walking to the town or lunch area and very close to Botanica garden very warm welcome and service from the owner ,nice breakfast and very clean

Great little boutique hotel, very close and easy walk into the city centre. Our room was spacious, warm and very clean. Lovely welcome on our arrival and breakfast was excellent - both the food and service. We'll certainly be booking again next time we go to Christchurch!

Floor boards are a little creaky, but it's an old house so that can reasonably be expected. It didn't dampen our stay.
