Charming period property set in a leafy suburb of Christchurch. Brilliant location with many activities, bars & restaurants within easy walking distance. Private parking. We stayed in a very generous sized en-suite room. Comfortable & well furnished. Continental style breakfast with good quality fresh foods. Hosts very friendly & attentive.

Breakfast served from 8am. Perhaps an earlier start time for guests who want to be up & out for booked activities, flights, etc

Lovely room and delicious breakfast. Beautiful gardens and very quiet but still walking distance to main city attractions

A little bit inconvenient having to walk across the hallway to the bathroom. The shower was a bit temperamental. Either too hot or instantly Luke warm.

The sitting room and breakfast seating was spacious and comfortable. The location was superb...two blocks from the beginning of the town center. Helpful and friendly hosts. Quiet rooms and setting with lorikeets on property.
