Great staff, great advice about local area, beautiful building and rooms. Excellent shower with great water pressure and hot water. Incredibly comfortable and well-appointed room.

Building not haunted. Was hoping for a resident ghost or two.

酒店位置非常的好，基本上步行就可以把基督城的主要景点都游玩了！早餐也足够丰盛美味，工作人员的态度都特别友善。酒店有非常悠久的历史底蕴，外景内景都适合拍照。希望下次来这里再度体验！

We booked the place for two reasons: 1. I had queried which B&B places offer a good breakfast, and this one had come up. The breakfast matched our expectations - especially their homemade muesli. 2. We loved the idea of staying in a colonial styled building - and this one certainly gave us that good experience. 3. The staff (especially Hannah) were BEYOND HELPFUL. I needed a parcel to be received on my behalf prior to my arrival, and they readily agreed to receive it on my behalf. They were also very genial and we enjoyed our conversations with them. The other guests at the place were also the type that we love mingling with. 4. The place was SO QUIET in the night - not a sound. It was almost as if it was soundproof. Couldn't ask for anything better when traveling.

A delightful historic house in Christchurch, where we were made to feel entirely welcome and comfortable. The room was spacious and quiet. Staff were so friendly and we felt really at home despite being in the middle of the city.

We really enjoyed our brief stay at Orari, the manager greeted us with a smile and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was super comfy and well appointed. A great shower too. The guesthouse is a quick 5-10 min walk to the middle of town making it a great option for a Christchurch stay. Wish we had more time but we were off early the next morning to catch the Tranzalpine train.

Central, lovely home, beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable.Friendly staff, helpful with some documents we needed to handle urgently. Delicious breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

Sehr sehr gut! Sauber, schöne Zimmer!! Hatten ein Zimmer mit Bad über den Gang( hatten wir erst bei Anreise kapiert/ war aber überhaupt kein Problem da es genau gegenueber vom Zimmer ist und man es alleine hat. Unglaublich nettes Personal. Köstliches Frühstück/ Alles Frisch und wirklich hervorragend ! Tolle Hilfe bei Fragen: Abholung Taxi Airport etc Late checkin klappte reibungslos Waren mit Kindern dort/ war alles voellig Problem los. Konnten am Abreisetag unser Gepäck noch dort lassen. Vom Hotel in 5-10 Minuten überall Botanischer Garten/ City Center/ Farmers Market
