We are so happy we found this exquisite Norfolk B&B. It's a little gem in rural East Dereham. It feels like home from home. The converted Windmill looks amazing as you arrive. The rooms are cosy and clean with excellent on suite toilet and showers facilities. It's always a pleasure to return and slide into comfortable bed with crisp clean sheets. Next is the amazing dining area for you excellent breakfast, it's in the Windmill! During the week your head chef is Julie, (amazing cook!) weekends it is your main hosts Darren & Cara. It was lovely to meet the new "Custodians of the Mill" of which they like to be refered to. No Management titles for them! They live in the Windmill so totally hands on! We can't wait to book another visit.

There is nothing to dislike. Darren and Cara are so approachable that if there were any issues they would deal with right away.

The owners were really friendly and helpful. Lovely quiet setting. Breakfast was good. Lots of parking. Nice walk into village. Indian restaurant at front of of the mill.

"Lovely historic building"

Attractive old mill building with rooms attached. Easy to find, great communication with the owners and ample parking. Good breakfast. Old fashioned curry house next door and pubs nearby. Loved looking out on to the misty fields in the morning. Only stayed one night after a long journey on our way to The Broads and we were well rested.

Nothing to dislike. Property is under renovation and modernisation but this did not detract from our stay at all.

The location is perfect for visiting my family member in Mattishall

I love the property but the rooms are tired and bathrooms too. They need a good redec and upgrade in parts
