Välstädat och fin ordning i rummen. Bra med tekokare och kaffe på rummet. Stort rum

Luktar mycket illa från gammal rökning. Mest i korridoren men även en del i rummen. Gamla slita heltäckningsmattor som luktar mycket. Numera är det rökförbud men lukten hänger kvar. Jobbig digitaldörr som var svår att öppna. Den pratade vad man skulle göra men ingen kunde japanska så vi visste inte hur vi skulle komma in. Vi ropade in i fönstret där det fanns personal men de kom aldrig ut. Opersonligt med att ingen personal fanns på plats -nackdelen med digitala dörrar. Tycker att det var dyrt med tanke på att det var ingen frukost och illa lukt

No quibble refund

Staff completely uncommunicative would only grunt at us. Carpets in stair way dirty. Mould in one corner near ceiling. Old dried blood stains on mattress protector and hair. Toilet dirty Bathroom mirror streaky and dirty.
