Cozy, quiet, good location

Clean and tidy. Great location.

Location was good for the town, other than this we found the condition of the facility not quite to the standard we had been expecting.

The level of cleanliness was not good there was dirt and dust that had clearly not been cleaned for a long time around the bed and the bathroom. Also it appeared that there was no dedicated staff on site to talk to about this. The key was left on the desk at the door as a "booking in procedure" I have stayed in better and cleaner bunk houses than this at half the price. I would not recommend this place.

Comfortable place and clean

Heating wouldn't work and was very cold. And bed side lamps didn't work

Best of a bad lot was it's location.

The size of the shower was so small we couldn't get in to shower.

The welcome was not great

The facilities and location is super nice, it can be a great option.

The treatment of the person at the reception was very bad and unpleasant, but what was really important was that we found numerous hairs on the sheets and pillows. Considering the price we paid this is totally unacceptable for me, hence the low mark. Other than that, the hotel is pretty good.
