"No Wifi. Disorganized staff/not truthful. Steep stairs."

I was told by a staff member I had worked closely with I could have a 4 pm checkout due to having no wifi for 4 days. At 2:45 I was contacted by the manager telling me to leave my room immediately.

I came to Philly for 4 days of grant writing. In my four days, there was no WIFI. I communicated several times a day to staff, and nothing was done. No heat - only space heater. Unsafe. Steep stairs.

Breakfast had several tasty treats along with good coffee and juice. Nice way to start the day!

Just be aware of narrow twisting staircase , challenging to get big bags up multiple floors.
