The b& b was just off the main road and half way between Keswick and Penrith. Press the bell on arrival and your greated. Plenty of parking. The owners where so pleasant and welcoming, they chatted at every encounter making us feel very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and was really nice, i irdered the same each day but you order the day before so you know exactly what to expect and its nice and warm when it arrives. The hot tub was lovely. The garden was beautifully tended. We would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were fabulous...very helpful and friendly. The place was spotless.

The bathroom was a little on the small side but very clean.
