Netherdene Country House Bed & Breakfast

Another great stay. Good location. Warm, comfortable room with a good breakfast.

Clean, tidy and welcoming

Wonderful breakfast set up :-). Nice quaint room. There is not much else to do there, so if you don't have a car it's a bit challenging. Luckily we were traveling with our car though. Great restaurant across the street for a nice dinner or beer.

Breaksfast was good and the gentleman who served it was friendly and helpful, trying to accommodate our breakfast request as best he could.

The little towel to use in the bathroom was stained in different places. We forgot to point it out to the host while there, partly because the host was not in sight except during breakfast. The toilet was very small (you could definitely not swing a cat!), and the shower did not have a curtain or door, providing little privacy. The B&B is located by the A66, and it is not a scenic area nor one suitable for a stroll. Overall the B&B did not look quite as nice as I had hoped, but all the basics were provided.
