Netherdene Country House Bed & Breakfast

The staff were super welcoming and accommodating with me and the dogs. A very homely vibe. It was quiet and peaceful and they only charged an extra £5 for the dogs!

The bed was a little uncomfortable for my liking, I still had a decent sleep though!

Such a relief! It’s the only place (and the cheapest) I’ve been in a long time where the cleaner has took the time to look up at the ceiling. It’s a huge bugbear of mine when I pay money to stay in a place that has cobwebs on the roof and the first job when I get in there is to “re-clean”! Thank you for a lovely overnight stay! I love the decor, it’s incredibly homely & inviting. I’d definitely stay here again. 😊

Good location, comfortable room, fantastic staff and breakfast. Good value for money

Another great stay at Netherdenw. Great location for what I wanted. Close to Thirlmere, Ullswater, Keswick etc and the fells of Blencathra and Skiddaw. I stayed in a single room which is fine for a short stay. Everywhere clean and tidy, good breakfasts, good service, an absolute bargain for a B and B in the Lake District

The room were very pleasant, the host are very friendly. The breakfast room was very pretty and comfortable felt homely. The location was in a quiet place, overall would recommend to anyone.

Lovely traditional B&B where you get a cooked breakfast included in the price. Very dog friendly. Second time I've stayed there.

Location was lovely and quiet which is what we were looking for. Rooms very clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was exceptional.
