Lovely property in good location. Very comfortable room.

That the cost increased significantly on the weekend. Had trouble entering the building, along with other couples, using the information sent to us. I called for assistance and someone was sent to open door for us. They said the access system was being worked on.

RANDALL --- The STAFF ARE THE BEST. Internet OK, not great. "breakfast," "room," and "bed" were OK BECAUSE OF STAFF'S extra attention. GIVE THE STAFF WHAT THEY NEED TO SEE TO THE GUEST'S NEEDS AND YOU WOULD HAVE A FIRST CLASS FACILITY. Beautiful property right on the river. Great location, no bugs to speak of, wild deer and fowl. We are straight but the LGBTQ community with money will love you. You are not "Penny wise, pound foolish" by skimping on your staff you are "Penny Dumb & Pound Stupid." If you cannot understand my colloquialisms talk to your parents. If your parents are dead you'd better hire someone over 60 to run your place. YOU HAVE A GOLD MINE. LISA --- We brought back with us feeling that we share with those around us mostly because of the two individuals who managed the place . That is what I have always loved and called Montana . Location and the beautiful monsteras in the lounge area We saw some deers from our balcony! The shower was great

They do not have a front desk, everything must be through your phone (check in, requests, questions) They do not clean your room unless you ask for it, and then again, it must be through text, and even so, they forgot to clean up our room when requested The bed and pillows were too soft/used We honestly chose this place because of the great reviews about breakfast, and it was very disappointing that from the 5 nights we stayed, we only got waffles and parfaits… ?!!! Utensils, coffee mugs and so were dirty, you can tell because some of them had stuck food on it, disgusting. They didn’t have any disposables either. Bathroom sink was dirty as well… it was clogged.
