Maryann is a delightful host, great to chat to and most welcoming. Accommodation is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Great continental breakfast of cereal, toast, fruit and yogurt. Large spacious living area to relax in during your stay and a lovely place to have breakfast in the morning.

It’s quaint and quirky and not boring at all - it’s perfectly clean and the breakfast was great!

Breakfast time and preference was confirmed. A selection of fruits, some yoghurt, toast and cereals provided with coffee/tea options. Gardens were very pretty visible from lounge area. Lounge area was large with a tea/coffee nook. There were books to read and tv options. We arrived a little early due to my partner injuring their ankle, the host kindly let us check in a little earlier and provided an ice pack to help with swelling. The bedroom and bathroom are well appointed, the facilities are clean and tidy. There are ample pillows on the bed.

Friendly hosts who enjoyed sharing the history of the house and area; quiet and peaceful surroundings with beautiful gardens and outdoor area; wonderful breakfast with fresh fruit; beautifully restored home tastefully decorated in the era of the house; careful thought given to small details; comfortable and homely.
