Everything was great. Loved the welcoming, clean, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Continental breakfast was lovely and loved sitting at the window enjoying the start of a beautiful day.

"Gumnut the Great"

Only 20 min walk to CBD. Hosts went out of their way to help. Breakfast was great, especially the fresh fruit salad. Facilities were great, as was the property itself. A lovely lawn and garden

"Delightful escape"

An absolutely delightful find! Beautiful, comfortable and warm bedroom (has own heathpump) and a beautifully decorated bathroom, with a clawfoot bath and complimentary Manuka Honey bath bomb to soak your aches away. Bathroom has shower as well, and is stocked with lovely large white towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. A very nice continental breakfast, cut fresh fruit, yoghurt of your choice, tea / coffee, a selection of cerials and milk, toast and spreads, everything laid out and ready at the time you specify. The host, Maryann, is lovely, she received us with a warm greeting on arrival, showed us where everything is. Made sure our breakfast was served right on time. A delightful host who takes a lot of pride in running this B&B, and it's evident in the quality. The B&B is 2-3 minutes drive to the town, and we had dinner at the Mexican restaurant 'LaQuatro' great place, but plenty other options if Mexican is not your thing. We loved our stay and will definitely book here again.

Overall, it was a great stay. We only stayed one night, and everything was excellent. Nice warm welcome, comfortable, clean rooms. Breakfast in the morning was more than expected. We certainly didn't walk away hungry. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely stay again. Maryann and Barry are excellent hosts.
