WOW, WOW,WOW!!! What an absolutely fantastic B&B. Nicer than almost all the hotels we’ve stayed in. Such attention to detail. I have a dairy allergy and Jane had prepared a lovely breakfast of granola, fresh fruit and plant based yoghurt for me. Breakfast was superb. The room was stunning, all the toiletries are ‘Rituals’. Lie in a glorious bath or have a lovely shower. Will definitely return. Thank you Jane and Ivan.

"A cozy stay away from home"

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, we loved the yogurt and granola bowl waiting for us, and thought it was a great touch that there was a menu with warm options, so you could choose what you wanted rather than everything being laid out. The host was very friendly, we had a lovely conversation, and she always made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Barnstaple.

"Beautiful rooms, nice stay"

The room was brilliant, very spacious, comphy bed and huge bathroom. Luxurious toiletries.

Slightly limited breakfast choice & not the best sleep (too warm, noises, curtains didnt quite close properly)

It was very welcoming and Jane was very friendly and we immediately felt at home. The decor was extremely tasteful and our room was pleasant and had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and a pleasant place to stay. The breakfast was amazing and nothing was too much trouble.

I can honest,y say there is nothing to improve, this is the perfect B & B

Very well looked after by Jane who was a pleasure to meet. Room was spacious with a comfy bed and powerful shower, Jane even took the time to purchase oat milk as I am intolerant to dairy! Thank you ☺️
