Full review on TripAdvisor Torbayaotearoa but seeing as you ask: Everything. Hosts Jane and Ivan. Friendly, engaging and passionate about their business. Exceptionally spacious accommodation, beautifully appointed, utterly comfortable and clean. Private entrance hall, bedroom, living room and fab en suite. Location. Exceptional value plus only £5 a day to park close by on the street. Excellent breakfast with quality ingredients. Barnstaple has some interesting architecture and undergoing plenty of restoration and conservation. Some excellent restaurants, cafés and proper pubs. Theatre and cinema. Would we return? Yes.

Nothing of real import but remember the bed is on a platform when you dash to the bathroom in the middle of the night hahaha.

Hosts were very welcoming and the accommodation was beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Wonderful BnB, Jane and Ivan are great hosts, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was superb with plenty of options, the room felt very personal and was beautifully furnished, as well as the spotless bathroom. We would recommend No 22 wholeheartedly to everyone!
