El trato del personal buenísimo, super agradables y nos recomendaron buenos sitios para cenar. La habitación muy bonita y unas vistas a los viñedos inmejorables.

Die Gastgeber sind wirklich toll und auf alle Wünsche flexibel eingegangen. Ein besonders Augenmerk verdient außerdem die individuelle Einrichtung mit traditionellen Gegenständen (wie z.B. Schneeschuhe oder Werkbänke) die liebevoll in das Mobiliar integriert worden sind. Für die Kinder war außerdem die Galerie im 'Schneezimmer' mit der 'Klettertreppe' ein Highlight.

Bardzo przyjazna i pomocna właścicielka. Pokoje czyste, zadbane, komfortowe. Okolica spokojna, z pięknym widokiem, idealna na wypoczynek z rodziną. Śniadania pyszne, różnorodne, domowe, przyrządzone przez gospodarza. Warto tu wrócić😀

We had an incident that prevented us to arrive by the time we had predicted, and when we contacted the hosts and asked for a later check-in / self check-in/ any solution as we were travelling with 2 kids and already had a very challenging day, they asked us to only chat by message and then quickly sent a SINGLE message saying they wouldn't do anything to help and proceeded to ignore subsequent messages. I even offered to go pick the keys and bring them back anywhere out of despair, I could provided ID's or anything else as warranty, they basically didn't care even with two very small kids involved. Zero customer care. Zero humanity. It was just sad

The staff and Carla, the owner of this BNB was so kind and available. the whole stay was so good. They have a rich breakfast. 5/7 mins to Verona City from the BNB. The apartment was clean and we had a excellent stay. Good experience. Recommend for a relaxing and a calm stay.

We spent 2 nights here. We loved everything about it. Beautiful room, love for details in decorating, bathroom after a fresh renovation (at least everything looked new), comfortable mattresses and super cosy duvet. Our child was excited to have his own "nest", he really enjoyed climbing the stairs to "his room". For us parents (who are more into beer than sport) it was more difficult though. Lovely breakfast. I don't understand the reviews of those who write that the breakfast was not up to expectations. After reading those reviews our expectations were exceeded. Ham, salami, cheeses, eggs, cereal, yoghurt, jams + delicious pastries. I do not understand those who lacked something? I would also like to mention the excellent internet and the large car park.
