Sunsets and Palm Trees

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr bemüht, freundlich und immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas brauchte. David, der Besitzer war auch super nett und hatte tolle Tipps für Ausflüge. Die Unterkunft selber toll: sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, geräumig, sauber und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Auch das Essen war lecker und reichlich. Die Lage direkt am Kanal ist wirklich schön, vom Bett aus kann man auf den Kanal schauen. Der Pool diente als nette Erfrischung.

Ein kleiner Nachteil waren die Mücken, aber das ist bei dem Klima und der Lage am Wasser nicht zu vermeiden. Die Unterkunft hat allerdings vorgesorgt und entsprechende Maßnahmen getroffen.

הריזורט היה מהמם, מעוצב בטוב טעם ומרגיש כאלו יושבים בתוך גלויה. החדר שלנו היה ממש על הנהר, קו ראשון למים. נהנו מאוד מהג'קוזי ומהמקלחת המפנקת. הייתה לנו פרטיות מוחלטת ואת הארוחות אכלנו בגזיבו על גדת הנהר עם נוף יפייפה. דיויד המארח דאג לנו מהשניה הראשונה, היו לנו שיחות ממש טובות איתו, הוא לקח אותנו לראות מקדש קרוב בערב הראשון ולמדנו ממנו המון. לקחנו דרכו גם סיור בזריחה של 3 שעות בסירה. האירוח הכי טוב שחווינו עד כה בהודו. ממליצים מאוד ומבטיחים שלא תתחרטו.

המיקום היה מעט מרוחק ונדרשה נסיעה במונית כדי להגיע למסעדות ולחנויות, אך הבידוד והשקט היו שווים את זה בעיננו.

Overall impression of the property and the Host - David was really good. He ensured that the welcome was done well for the guests and was clear about all the facilities available. Property was neat and clean and at an apt location, right next to backwater. Highlight of the property was contemporary rooms and location.

few things could have been clarified/ informed in advance to guests - No kitchen/ room service facility at the property / limited breakfast menu. Bath tubs/ pools were not upto mark specially jacuzzi wasn't warm at all, even after switching it on for couple of hours. Staff could not understand english/ any other language.

Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Aussicht in die Natur und wurden von David besonders freundlich aufgenommen.

Nice views from the room, just in-front of Backwaters. Jacuzzi was a huge plus 😍 Host David was super friendly, welcoming and made sure that stay is perfect! Breakfast was super nice too.

Nothing

The accommodation is located along the backwaters, a bit outside of Alleppey. David has created a little paradise there. The place invites you to relax. Shannu, the staff member, takes care of all your needs. A motorboat tour at sunrise can be booked directly at the accommodation and is truly worth it. The food is fantastic!

We loved everything about our stay at sunsets and palm trees. Very comfortable and stylish accommodation with a beautiful location directly at the water. We enjoyed the sunrise boat ride organized by the host, and had a very relaxing time at the pool side. It felt like a tropical retreat. The service and food were excellent. Shanu and David were incredibly kind and helpful, going beyond to accommodate our wishes and make our stay unforgettable.

The peaceful location, the beautiful birds, the staff - thank you Abilash - the friendly host (David 🙏), delightful cottage - all lovely.

David, the host, was very welcoming and kind. He prepared a wonderful dinner for us on arrival. He also suggested a sunrise boat trip around the waters, which lasted 3 hours. This was well worth the experience for the reasonable price he gave us. This place is perfect if you want to fully wind down and relax, read a book, etc. Full of nature, and no noise at all.
