Central Location, Great Southern View, Host Naleef was Extremely Hospitable & went out of his way to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

It’s a W.I.P Project …… as such the state of all Facilities & Amenities may not be to everyone’s liking. That said, Naleef is battling the current Economics of the Country & Slow Down of Tourist Traffic with Hope for a Brighter Future ….. & I wish him well & good fortune in the coming years.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel, and there are so many positives to highlight. First and foremost, waking up to the stunning views from the room was an absolute treat. It's the kind of scenery that takes your breath away and makes for the perfect "once-in-a-lifetime" shot. The hotel's location is another big plus. Being situated right in the heart of Haputale town means that you have easy access to the local market and all the hustle and bustle of the city center. It's incredibly convenient and makes exploring the area a breeze. I also can't say enough good things about the hotel owner's service. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and their warm hospitality really made me feel at home.

The only slight downside was that the breakfast cost was a bit higher than I expected. While the overall service was great, I think there's some room for improvement when it comes to the facilities and cleanliness. These are minor issues, though, and didn't detract too much from my overall positive experience.

The most amazing family. So helpful in planning our days, recommended an amazing driver, cooked delicious breakfast and dinners, and truly made us feel at home. Would book again in a heartbeat!

The location is super convenient, just 2 minutes from the bus station. The room has a beautiful view and the host is extremely nice, helpful and caring. He recommended some awesome trips! You have a dinner there too, all the food was absolutely delicious! The room is comfortable for a solo traveller. The overall experience was one of the best in Sri Lanka!

Visited in the off-season and construction was going on but did not disturb me at all.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, very conveniently located with a great view from the dining room and a little bit quirky and full of personality. The owner was beyond helpful and ensured that our brief stay in Haputale was full of activity that suited our time and interest. Haputale was an interesting place and I wish we had spent more than one night exploring.

Shower water pressure wasn't amazing, but it was warm.

Perfect location, 1,5h by tuk tuk to the Horton plains, 10min to the train and bus station. Excellent view and breakfast, perfect clima and staff.

The owner is super friendly! He speaks good English and helped us planning our stay. He arranged a scooter for us to drive to Horton plains. The next day we went to Lipton’s seat which a tuktuk driver. Also the food and tea we had at the place was really nice. The owner makes the stay excellent!

Great view, helpful manager who gives a lot of advice on what to do in the area. Really nice dinner and breakfast! Clean rooms.

Bed was hard, otherwise a great place!

The highlight was the fantastic and abundant breakfast with a variety of local and continental food while enjoying great views. The owner was very friendly and helped us plan our activities. Very close to Haputale train station.

A pillow was too high and hard to my comfort. But overall the room was comfortable.
