The property was exceptionally clean. Great bathroom.

The room was tiny with a couple of feet on each side of the bed. As the room seemed to be a converted garage with a flat roof, it was particularly stuffy on the hot day of our stay.

Modern, clean, spacious bathroom; attractive, smallish double bedroom, firm, comfortable bed, with bonus option to sit outside in Debbie's garden on a small area of patio complete with table, chairs and parasol! Lovely! Superbly convenient location for Bromsgrove town, Catshill, Lickey Hills country park 5 mins away, easy access to Birmingham, Webb's of Wychbold, Worcester etc. Debbie very friendly and helpful and happy to provide additional crockery, cutlery etc to prepare easy microwave meals & salads.

Bit frustrating that WiFi signal kept dropping out, meaning you often had to step outside the door to pick it up again.

Excellent room layout and quality of fittings, etc. Spacious shower.

The room was small. Adequate for a single person, or a couple for one night only.

The host provided a lovely continental breakfast at a convenient time of my choosing. Checking each day what time I would like breakfast provided.

Perfect for my overnight stay. Huge shower, comfortable bed and easy check in. Everything you need, either a fantastic host.

The property was spotless and beautifully maintained. Debbie couldn’t have done more to make us comfortable and meet our needs. Lovely touches like fresh milk and orange juice in our own fridge. Close to countryside but easy access to the city. Will definitely stay again.
