"Superb"

Comfortable, warm and friendly. A useful base from which to meet up with my family

There is a microwave but no bowls, plates etc thus making the microwave almost useless.

The shower and bathroom was high spec and very good ,Very good location close to town centre and motorway links. Great food eateries that deliver.Overall clean and tidy

If you require WiFi or a phone signal would not advise this location , host advised there is always a lack of connection which wasn’t great as I was on business. The listing implies and shows continental breakfast (eggs toast and more) however there was only cereal and packaged pastries available The bed was quiet firm and there was strangely no cutlery to eat anything with after ordering a takeout. The lock to the door also gets jammed so you will need to fiddle with it to lock.

Easy to find, self check in. Warm clean

Would have been good to be able to control the heat it was very hot. Mattress too firm for me

"Just as I remembered from my last stay… outside lighting had been improved"

Continental breakfast was just enough for me thenext morning before my next stop off…

Was a little unsure of the correct WiFi/ router connection and code … might have been my phone or iPad… but it wasn’t essential or an issue… I got it working in the morning.. I was there for a break from emails etc
