Matteo offered us the service to take us to the airport which was perfect because we had a very early flight (we had agreed at 6am because my flight was at 7 am) The short time he sent me a message telling us to be punctual to which I replied that there were no problems we could not miss our flight. 5:55 no one contacted me, I wrote to him to know if everything was okay and one person replied that he would arrive in 15 minutes late which I did not like. 6:25 a person appears in a very bad mood and with the trunk full of hair Of dog which filled our suitcases and coats with hair. It's disgusting. We had to run around the airport because we missed the flight. My mom is 70 years old and has leg problems. Everything was stressful because of lack of responsibility of one person. angry I wrote again on the phone and instead of at least apologizing they told me that another client had delayed them and I asked them why they never told me that they were going to be late? But I only got a bad answer. I also take this opportunity to say that the building is not the one in the main photo, it is a very old building behind that one, the furniture is very old and the sheets are very poor. I will never come back!!!

15 минут пришлось ждать у калитки, когда приедет сотрудник и пустит меня в жилье. Номер чистый, но мебель очень старая, потрепанная. На кухне воняет из холодильника, в ванной грязный коврик, который уже нужно выкинуть. Обстановка спартанская.
