comodo per la posizione vicino aeroporto malpensa

mancata chiarezza nel costo della navetta, si è creato un disservizio: la navetta era un'auto che poteva portare solo 4 persone ma eravamo in 5 così ha dovuto fare due viaggi e volevano addebitarcene due. Il proprietario è stato sgarbato e ha messo in difficoltà il dipendente. Il direttore ha poi risolto e si è mostrato professionale e corretto.

First of all they didn't inform as I have booked my hotel 10 days b4 and with all of my suitcases I walked all the way from airport to the destination and waited for 30 minutes and keep pressing the bell but no one was available and dog were barking like crazy after that I had to borrow some one phone and rang and the staff came after 10 minutes and he said this is not ur destination and you have to stay at different place and we both were soo tired from our journey so manager could have inform us b4 but the staff was helpful ..

Posizione molto comoda vicina all'aeroporto. Zona tranquilla, alloggio pulito, personale cordiale.

L'acqua calda ci mette un po' a ricaricarsi tra una doccia e un'altra.

Limpeza e atenção do funcionário.

Check in 15:00h. Tive que pagar para eles guardarem as malas. O motorista do translado grosso e mal educado. Disse que havia ido pegar apenas as malas e não levou minha família até o local onde as malas seria deixadas.
