It was rather clean, close to the airport, theres a free shuttle bus to Malpensa in 10min walking from the hotel. Wifi was stable and pretty fast.

We were requested with extra payments (some city tax of 7€ per person), which was unexpected since after booking they only warned us about deposit of 50€. There were absolutely no kitchen stuff (forks, spoons, plates, etc). Pictures are not relevant at all, neither the building itself nor the rooms. We’ve seen couple cockroaches in the room.

The location nearby Malpensa airport makes it very convenient for early flights. The staff is very friendly and was able to accommodate all our requests easily. Ugo and Macchietta are also very friendly - a goat and a sheep that graze the backyard and will say hello to you in the morning.
