This host completely violates Booking.com policies. Right after payment, they called directly demanding extra fees. They charge €20 per hour for check-in after midnight, which is nowhere to be found in the property rules. When I requested a free cancellation due to these hidden terms, the host literally blackmailed me, saying they would only process the cancellation after I paid them via a third-party link. They move all communication outside the platform and demand an unmentioned deposit. They refused to leave the keys in a lockbox, and nobody came to let us in. We paid for the stay but spent the night at the airport

Logement pratique en proximité de l'aéroport de Malpensa. Accueil parfait par le jeune homme même tardivement. Une machine à laver est a disposition pour ceux qui en aurait besoin. Locaux propres. Plateau d'accueil avec bouilloir.

Service de navettes propose payant par l'établissement. A savoir, une navette gratuite est à disposition toutes les 15 minutes depuis les différents parkings vers case nuove. park alitalia. Malpensa shuttle bus. Une cuisine est à disposition sur les photos mais placards vides. Un rafraichissement esthétique serait necessaire. Beaucoup de long messages de dernières minutes. 2 lits de 1 place rassemblées, matelas plus petit que le sommier. Oreillers plats.

La posizione è strategica perche vicina all’aeroporto di Malpensa ma in una zona residenziale tranquilla in cui si dorme bene (si si sentono gli aerei ! Ma non c’è traffico cittadino ) , nelle vicinanze si trovano molti parcheggi per aeroporto con servizi navetta , che la stessa struttura può gestire a qualsiasi orario su richiesta . Nei paraggi ristoranti per cenare . Servizio cortese con giovani ragazzi volenterosi e gentilissimi. Da ripetere come base per partire da Malpensa !

숙소는 평화로웠습니다. 밤비행기 전 샤워와 함께 재정비를 위해서 정말 짧게 머물렀지만 직원도 친절하고 너무 좋았습니다. 숙소가 공항까지 직선거리는 가까워보이지만 거리가 은근 있기 때문에 숙소로 갈 때는 무료 셔틀을 이용해서 조금 걸으면 되지만, 그 반대는 쉽지 않아서 숙소에서 제공하는 유료 셔틀서비스를 이용해서 편안하게 갔습니다. 덕분에 늦지 않고 잘갔습니다.
