I like hotel's location, in clear weather you will see beautiful view of darjeeling.

There is no other options of electricity except government power supply, like inverters and electric generator. You have to face many problems during power cuts. Most of tvs also not working properly. And not sufficient staff available at the hotel to facilitate guests
