The staff and the food was nice. Beds were clean.

We didn't like the bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs bathrooms were better.

Worst service ever!!! It is located on a very steep slope, so we had to carry our luggage over there, and then we discovered he gave our booked room to another people, and there were no rooms available At the end, we had to carry our heavy luggage and syearch for a stay even after booking ahead And the worst thing was he didn't even try to help and give any information as we were new to Darjeeling. we didn't know anything, and the mobile network was also not working I just don't understand even after getting confirmation from booking.com, and after having a conversation with him 3 hours ago before we came to the place, how come he can give the room away and that too have the audacity to talk rude to me

Service and gratitude of the staff. They are very humble and helpful. Special thanks to Pema, he looked after all our needs. Food was great.

Cleaning of the rooms needs improvement.

Owners behaviour (rude as due to traffic we are 20 mints late for check out). Too low light in the room, lower portion of the door is broken, the curtains doesn't fully hide ur inner room view, dirty towels, no electric cattle, bathroom is full of insects as there is a small 2nd door which is open for drainage. I highly recommed if u are all boys. Not good for couples.
