Very friendly welcome, lovely host. We were able to park on the front of the house. The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend.

The owner was lovely and welcoming as was her gorgeous very well behaved dog upon arrival. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. Decent tea and coffee and also my other half said the biscuits were delicious! It was nice they had a breakfast basket in the hall with fruit, porridge and juices incase we wanted something in the morning. It's within walking distance from Whitby , took us around 15 minutes, so we were able to go in to town and not worry about parking down there
