The room was very clean and the bed was so comfy. The hosts were kind and friendly. Little touches like the biscuits, proper milk and the selection of breakfast things all made the stay homely and relaxed.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Beautiful House, friendly hosts and spotlessly clean

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It’s just a bit of a trek into Whitby but well worth it.

I stayed I the attic room, which was very generously sized with room for a sofa. A very comfortable stay with welcoming hosts who were in touch before and after my stay and responded to queries quickly and helpfully

A full breakfast wasn't available although fruit and porridge pots were on offer and it was a 25 min walk into the centre of Whitby, but I knew this when I booked and the guesthouse is excellent value and would recommend it regardless

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, it was spotlessly clean, and we appreciated the biscuits!

We both found the bed too soft, and slightly small, this for us was a negative, maybe for others it wouldn't be. and is why we gave the quality/price ratio a lower ranking.
