Lovely b&b great location and very nice host.

The B &B was gorgeous, the rooms very comfortable and decorated beautifully. The breakfast was delicious and Clare was lovely, very friendly and welcoming. The seafront and high street are both a 2 minute walk away and there is some off street parking available too. We will definitely be back

Parking , other than that ok most holidays same , Parked near B&B or side streets, when space was available 🤔

Claire is fantastic. Can't wait to return here. Breakfast was excellent, Claire was so helpful and attentive. The room and house were very clean. Great location too.

The room was nicely furnished and clean. The hostess was very nice and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

Very clean and lovely / well situated in the town. Lovely host. Delicious breakfasts/comfy bed and pillows.

Or room was a bit cramped but adequate.

Clare was a lovely host and made you very welcome, nothing was to much trouble .There was a big choice of breakfast too . It was an Ideal location for the trains , buses and a walk to the beach with coffee shops and Pubs .Would definitely go back

We liked everything ,would be difficult to improve. The property, host, breakfast, location.... all excellent.
