Claire,, the host was exceptional, very friendly, nothing was to much trouble for her. The whole place was very clean and well thought out, extra special little touches throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again and would 100% recommend it to my friends.

On arrival at the property we were delighted with the location, it was a beautiful house with an immaculate front garden. Inside was everything was just as good, far exceeded our expectations! We were greeted on arrival by the lovely Clare who was warm, friendly and informative.

The owners are delightful and nothing us too much trouble. It's in a great location in town, not far to the sea with easy parking. The breakfast is amazing! Rooms are really comfy and lots of details make it a really relaxing stay.

The Breakfasts were wonderful and the dinning area cosy. Our hostess was very friendly and helpful and made us feel at ease from the first meeting on arrival to our departure. Having used B&B's in Sheringham over the years this location ranks high amongst the very best. We will certainly be returning.
