Location was ok for what we needed

We were in the family room which we found out was on the third floor, the bannister was loose, the house was filthy and smelt. Our rooms were so hot we could not sleep. Health and safety issues, broken blinds a window that opened wide which a child could easily fall from, no safety catches. Extension leads every where. Plaster falling off, no fire escape on third floor, would have to reach down thin flight of stairs into landing of second floor. Caretaker of house never there.

La struttura è dotata di parcheggio ed è situata in una buona posizione sia per alcuni negozi del paese sia per raggiungere la spiaggia. Camera piccola graziosa. La camera con bagno è silenziosa, dal Giardino proviene un rumore continuo di acqua che scorre. La cittadina è graziosa, ci sono alcuni locali con vista mare molto accoglienti consigliamo anche il ristorante indiano al centro del paese.

Il giardino/ parcheggio a aria non curata con auto che sembrano abbandonate alle abitudini. Impresa il giardino è esaltato. La struttura ha un’area decadente. Quando siamo arrivati alle nove di sera, il proprietario ci ha accompagnato in camera e la camera non era stata fatta, quindi abbiamo appoggiato le valigie siamo andati a cena e siamo tornati, quando ci hanno scritto che la camera era pronta. La colazione viene servita solo in camera, non lo abbiamo trovato comodo. La scelta non è variata e mancano caldi. Consigliamo di consumare la colazione in uno dei bar con vista sulla spiaggia. L’acqua era solo fredda e quindi abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia fredda. Nemmeno chiesto scusa né offerto una giustificazione. Forse avrei dovuto dare un punteggio ancora più basso. In ogni caso è “sconsigliatissimo”.

Comfortable place, very well situated, very helpful staff. Breakfast served in room

Kamer was groot, groot genoeg om een "box" in de kamer te hebben waarin een aparte douche en toilet waren. Dus niet een en suite badkamer, maar een grote doos met daarin wc en douche. Afdoende en handig. Lekkere douche ook. Ontbijt was ook iets anders geregeld met een "ontbijt op de kamer", op dienbladen in de kamer gebracht. Ook leuk. Bed was goed. Fijn ook dat we na een activiteit wat later mochten vertrekken zodat we nog konden douchen 's ochtends. Extra service!

We only used the room for sleeping, we were attending a wedding at nearby Clevedon Hall, the man I had dealings with (David) was very obliging letting us check in early because the usual checking in time would have been when the wedding was happening. We had two rooms which were clean & the beds were very comfy & the next day we were told we could leave our cars in the car park while we went an had breakfast & a look around Clevedon before heading home

No cooked breakfast available. Breakfast was delivered to our room on a tray , no dining room as such. Bed was comfortable.

See comments re breakfast. Car park was partially full of various vehicles which looked as if they hadn’t moved for a while. The approach to the property and entrance just didn’t look welcoming. Overall, a disappointing place to stay and not worth the money.
