"Such an extraordinary stay"

Amazing house, above the trees for the view. Amazing people, really heartwarming experience to see such wonderfull hosts.

Some webs and spiders around. Extractor fan in the kitchen is loud.

"Hideaway at Breakaway at York Bay"

We enjoyed our four days at Breakaway at York Bay very much. The property is hidden away at the top of a cul de sac with views overlooking Wellington harbour. It's warm and cosy in winter and the bed is very comfortable. Cathy and Ross made us feel very welcome and were attentive without being intrusive.

Access to the property is down a steepish driveway and you park your car outside on the cul de sac. This worked fine for us but might not suit someone with limited mobility.

"Friendly hosts, great accommodation, super clean and cosy"

The bed was far too comfortable, we ended up sleeping in on our last day, and had an 8 hour drive to make, so didnt quite leave as early as we wanted, but no complaints from us. Being greeted by Jojo was a real treat, such a gorgeous and friendly furbaby. Night-time view from the accommodation was amazing and the place had everything you needed. Would stay again.

The parking was a little awkward, as it was street parking on a hill and we were travelling in our work van which is a little oversized and awkward to manoeuvre, but apart from that - all good
