Plenty space, large sitting room, fantastic TV, large outdoor deck with views over Wellington City and harbour. Great heating, if you need it. The bathroom is as good as it gets, fantastic shower you hardly want to leave.

It wasn't of great concern, but the fan in the kitchenette, which comes on automatically with the light switch, is a bit noisy and you could be worried waking up the owners who live on the level above if you wanted to make a cup of tea in the middle of the night. Extractor fans are noisy by nature.
