Good location. Was clean and towels changed daily. Plenty of plugs.

Nobody there when we arrived to check in. Had to wait 30 minutes. No choice of eggs for breakfast. No decaffeinated coffee or tea in the room. Plug in sink not working. Not much interaction with hosts. Didn't really live up to its reviews.

"Great stay."

Staff were very friendly. I had to contact them regarding the change to my arrival time due to traffic. I didn't stay the second night as my granddaughter who was coming with me was poorly. So I decided to go home early. Staff tried to persuade me to stay.

Nothing. Everything was fine. Apart from the 6 flights of stairs.
