There are a lot of stairs to climb if you staying on the top floor but a minor point really - just take your time!

"Perfect for us"

Lovely traditional B&B Great host, comfy bed, tea and coffee in the room. Big TV . Breakfast was amazing. Location was perfect, nice and quiet yet only a short walk from the centre and round the corner from Hoe park .
