Great pool and restaurant

Little bit out of town but still just a Tuk Tuk ride into restaurants etc

Staff accommodated for me when I complained. Kind staff.

My initial room was next to the roof top but this meant my room was SWARMED with bugs, I was told to just turn off the lights which is unacceptable to pay for a hotel and just stay in the dark? I did listen to the staff but this did not make a difference they then moved me to another room that was not on the same floor as the rooftop and it had no bugs. It was on the same floor as the hall so it was a a lot nicer. My parents room had no kettle. All the rooms have bindis stuck on the wall which is not hygienic. The showers have no curtain or door so it floods the whole bathroom

Room wasn’t ready at check in time. There was a party that night and reception didn’t inform. Loud music and went on till 11.30 pm. Restaurant for breakfast wasn’t cleaned from previous night. Service was late. Reception doesn’t pick up the phone.

Loved the spacious and cozy vibe of the hotel. It's the best hotel near banaras railway station. Staff is very cordial and helped us in all the local requirements. Location is very suitable for people entering varanasi from Prayagraj side and banaras railway station and bus station are very close to it. It's well connected to all other attractions of varanasi.

I recently stayed at Hotel Radiance Courtyard and it truly deserves its reputation as the Best Hotel Near Banaras Railway Station—just about 2–3 km from the station, it’s incredibly convenient for train travelers. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and well-furnished, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Kitchen is not 24*7

It is the best property near Banaras Railway Station. Situated on the west entrance of Varanasi it lies comfortably on the main road and can be located without any problem. We reached here a little early and requested for an early check in that the well polished front desk staff arranged for us effortlessly. We had an elderly couple with us and the rooms were easily accessible from the basement lift. The food of the in-house restaurant was absolutely mouthwatering. Rooms were big and property has enough open spaces to call it breathable! Special mention to their IN HOUSE GUEST ONLY rooftop.

We asked for tea at 3 am but the kitchen was closed but they arranged it from outside so full marks there.
