Beautiful house, huge room, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, gorgeous garden and views, friendly and welcoming hosts.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Garten, wir wurden herzlich von Lesley empfangen, sie hat uns gleich mal Tee gekocht und im Zimmer mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer und den Garten serviert. Es gab ein großartiges schottisches Frühstück und uns wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Moorlands war alles in allem die beste Unterkunft während unserer Schottland-Reise, wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

We arrived by train at Helensburgh Upper and we were met by the owner at the station. We hadn't pre-arranged it, I'd just messaged him with our arrival time. I thought that was a really nice gesture. The rooms are very spacious and attractively decorated. Our room had a view over the garden to the Forth of Clyde and beyond. The location is quiet but very convenient for walking into Helensburgh town centre, where there is a good choice of restaurants. You can also walk to the National Trust property, Hill House, which is worth visiting. Breakfast was great. Overall, I recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay at the Moorlands. Our double room , facing the beautiful front garden, was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable! The building and finishings (furniture and decor) are just beautiful. The owners of the B&B are absolutely lovely and very attentive. The breakfast was really delicious.
