Mayertorne Cottage

Our host Anthony was charming and gracious. We felt as though we were staying with friends! Breakfast was really excellent with plenty of choice. Lovely view over the fields.

A little close to the road but very soundproof we didn’t hear a single vehicle. So not any sort of problem.

Breakfast was excellent. One preordered the night before from a comprehensive menu. There was a public footpath through fields and woods. There is a delightful garden to relax in. The owners could not be more helpful. Wonderful stay.

Location was on our route so well situated for our journey Parking was satisfactory Room was of a large size

To was on the small size in comparison with room and distance to bed Plugs were all floor level so didn’t work with some charging plugs Being in someone’s home was also strange after being read rules
