Staying here feels like you are visiting your favourite aunt! Janie is fantastic and goes above and beyond!. Room was well presented with a spacious bathroom for this type of property, everywhere was spotless with lots of lovely homely touches which makes staying a pleasure.

Not a dislike for us but a family of 4 may find the family room a little snug for a long stay, 3 of us were fine for the 3 nights we stayed (17, 8 and 40ish)

A delightful stay with excellent hosts (including the kitties of course!) and comfortable rooms. Coming from London, the stay was exceptional value for money. We had a brilliant time in Blackpool I have already told my parents that they need to come and stay in this lovely hotel.

Perhaps having four cats instead of three? ;)

Nothing not to like

Room was fantastic, very comfy bed. Breakfast was also fantastic and the owner put a hand made piece of cake in my room each day which was a nice touch. Situated very close to the night life but not close enough to be noisy at night.

There were cheaper hotels but I don't think these would have been as good. And i wouldn't say this was bad value for money.

Lovely host, property was very nice and breakfast was delicious
