"Exceptional"

Loved the comfy room, shower/bathroom was beautiful. House was homely, amazing host, got to see her cats & many stories of the location/house. The front outside bench with all the flowers round about was lovely.

The breakfast was incredible. fantastic quality and quantity. We had a charming room, which was tastefully decorated, the king bed so comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and all modern facilities with lots of toiletries. In the fridge a different cake or homemade sweet treat was left, chocolates, biscuits and a great hot drinks selection, a kettle and hairdryer. Our host was friendly, funny and a joy..Yes it is a cat friendly property, however they are never allowed in the breakfast room but if you want to meet them the host gladly allows you to. This is a lovely place to stay and we will return..

Lovely stay at this guest house with my sister. The service was great. We were made to feel at home as soon as we arrived. The room was spotless and we loved the little extras especially the homemade cakes. Excellent choice for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Blackpool. You won’t be disappointed. Convenient for the train station and public transport and near all the shops and bars.

We dont normally leave reviews but this B&B warrants one. Janey is a fantastic host, nothing was too much for her. Our room was very clean and comftable. Couuldnt have asked for more really. Will definatley be back to this guest house
