Cold showers. Bath tub thats out of order. Didn't get the room that I paid for. When I checked out I got accused of stealing a towel which was never there. Our bags got searched outside after they did not get anything there was even given and apology from the lady.

This was one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever had. I reserved this property for my brother and sister-in-law’s honeymoon, trusting the description and assurances from the receptionist that it would be private and ideal for their special occasion. Sadly, it turned out to be a complete disaster. The driveway was full of broken cars, making the property look unwelcoming and unkempt. Inside, the lounge area was crowded with the hosts and unknown people who appeared to live there. The number of people on the property made it feel completely unsafe and far from private. My family felt so uncomfortable and uneasy that they had to leave. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, the host refused outright and was sarcastic and dismissive in their response. This added insult to injury and made the entire experience even more disappointing and frustrating. This property is completely misrepresented and does not meet even the most basic standards of hospitality, privacy, or safety. Avoid booking this place at all costs if you want a pleasant and professional experience.
