Rooms were clean and spacious.staff was very friendly and helpful.

The towels were extremely hard, please invest in some fabric softener.

The mirror in the bathroom was broken. The bathroom door was also broken. The apartment had a few cockroaches. The bathroom sink was leaking. Photos of the bathroom of the room I chose was not provided while I was searching for accommodation.

The property has a lot of potential once the ongoing renovation are completed. I would rate them10/10 for the linen and towels. 10/10 for the staff as well.

The ongoing renovations made place a bit uncomfortable and felt unsafe as some of the doors won't lock.

The location was perfect, safe and convenient.

The information on the website is not a true reflection of what we experienced. The sharing of the bathroom with all the other tenants was just a turn-off. We could hear what was happening in the other rooms, which was uncomfortable and disturbing. No dining area for breakfast, we had to eat in our room.
