The hotel was in a good location and staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend staying here.

I liked location, my room and bathroom, and I also very like a breakfasts

I didn't like an owner because I couldn't get contact with him, and with other reception staff over a month. I have called by phone many times, and I have sent two emails, but nobody answered to resolve my problems. I have called to Booking.com and they tried to call to owner by phone but unsuccesful. Booking.com staff member has sent an email to owner and after that I have got an email from owner.

Stairs could be a bit steep if unsure on your legs.but were okay for us.

Excellent breakfast. Wasn't enough in Castleton for us. But nice quiet location for maybe someone older.

Could of done with tv in lounge. But not a deal breaker.
