All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. This property offers self-check-in only. The kitchen should be used only to prepare the breakfast, for the personal use there is an extra charge of €10.00 per day. In the LOFT family room there is a kitchenette whose daily cost is an extra euro 10.00 per day. Both are complete with all kitchen accessories. Air-conditioning is available upon request at the extra cost of 10.00 €/day to be paid at the property. Please note that dogs/pets will incur an additional charge of 10 Euro per day per dog/pet. La disponibilità del gestore.

Ho prenotato con urgenza per un problema familiare, senza quindi avere il tempo di fare una ricerca, ho trovato la stanza sporca, ma avvisato il gestore ha tempestivamente provveduto a farla pulire. La struttura è molto vecchia, appartamento anni settanta, gli infissi inadeguati ed essendo inverno fa freddo, non c'è riscaldamento e se si richiede comporta un prezzo extra, il riscaldamento dovrebbe essere compreso in inverno, posso capire in estate l'aria condizionata come extra, ma il riscaldamento proprio no. Ho trovato ridicolo l'applicazione iniziale di una tariffa scontata che poi con i servizi (appunto riscaldamento) ha lo stesso prezzo delle strutture che sono nei dintorni. Per non parlare della colazione pessima, senza varietà e veramente misera.

Camera piccola e accogliente!

Profumazione alloggio simile al tabacco!! Molta Arroganza e autorità del Titolare nel rispondere alle domande. Ha stampato lo scontrino senza chiedere nulla entrando in camera e posandolo sulla scrivania. Cartellini affissi ovunque con altri extra da pagare, telecamere ovunque,anche nel corridoio che dava sul bagno esterno. Pagamento tassa di soggiorno online non di persona, al momento della richiesta di essere esente in quanto ho un parente in degenza in ospedale come da avviso in bacheca del B&B mi ha risposto arrogantemente dicendo di aver usufriuto di un buono booking del 10% e che oltre ad aver pagato una camera non rispettando il costo, pretendevo a fattura fatta di non pagare la tassa di soggiorno! 🤔 E che dovevo avvertirlo prima di ciò! Mma.. In tutte le esperienze dei vari B&B e hotel mai capitata una cosa del genere
