In the LOFT family room there is a kitchenette whose daily cost is an extra euro 10.00 per day. Both are complete with all kitchen accessories. Air-conditioning is available upon request at the extra cost of 10.00 €/day to be paid at the property. Please note that dogs/pets will incur an additional charge of 10 Euro per day per dog/pet. Struttura in un'ottima posizione e check-in pratico e veloce.

Ho prenotato la stanza per stare vicino a mia moglie e mio figlio ricoverati in ospedale, ho chiesto di far entrare nella struttura mia moglie giusto il tempo di fare una doccia ed usufruire dei servizi sanitari, ho dovuto pagare un'extra di 20 euro!.

I found that Massimo had my mind at ease as I arrived by train, not knowing how I was going to get there and he made it very easy for me to find .He's a great host with the most. There's everything you need right next to the B@B and you can either get a bus from out the front or just take a half hr walk to the centre. The Biodiversity park is two minutes walk away it's open early and closes at midnight..a whole day can be spent in that beautiful place. Anytime I'm in Catanzaro, I would definitely get this room again.

In the biodiversity park, they have beautiful majestic birds of prey locked in cages for their entire life that are desolate of human kindness towards them and barren of anywhere to cool themselves in the oppressive heat ...so very sad and unneeded in such a beautiful park otherwise. 8

The air conditioning did not work, so it was 14 C° in the room all night. After paying for the accommodation, it turned out that the host charges an extra fee for the use of the kitchen. This was not mentioned in the advertisement, so we are not satisfied with the service! He watches the travelers on camera! Very bad accommodation, I do not recommend it to anyone!
