Pennygate Lodge

The room and bed were very comfortable. The bathroom was a nice size. The dinner we had there was super good. The breakfasts were made to order and quickly served. Tony was a seriously nice and kind man and and his garden like the B&B was immaculate! The garden was a nice place to chill outside and enjoy the view. The location was minutes from the ferry to Oban. I would definitely return.

All was perfect.

The restaurant was trust excellent with friendly service. I asjes for wine recommendations which were great. We did not finish the bottel but no problem it was kept for us for the next day! Very cosy rooms, luxurious finishing. People have thought this through. View on harbour from the large lounge. .

All was good for us

The room was extremely comfortable and well provided of everything necessary for a conformable stay. The room cleanliness was superb and it was well provided of towels, bathrobes, soaps, kettle, teas, tv, blankets and pillows. The breakfast was good and the staff was extremely friendly.

The meals were carefully prepared , nutritious local produce and served by excellent staff who went out of their way to help. The room had lovely extra touches like real milk and cold water in a fridge. Really great walk in shower.

Smallish room

Die Lage des Hotels, die Zimmer, der Service waren hervorragend, ebenso das Restaurant war top und sehr empfehlenswert. Besonderen Dank an die Hotelbetreiber Tobi und Fiona. Ihre Tipps waren sehr hilfreich und haben unsere Reise auf der Insel bereichert. Wir würden gern wiederkommen.

Everything about this lodge is excellent. Loads of thought has gone into making your stay very comfortable. Great produce ensured fantastic food.

The breakfast included a self serve part, and a selection from a menu. All this was included in the room charge.
