Volcano Terrace Bali

We had a wonderful stay for 2 nights, the hotel is very peaceful and has amazing view overlooking the Lake batur and mount batur from the room and the swimming pool, they have 2 public swimming pool. We love the room it spacious and have comfy bed they have different room categories from garden view to lake view depending on your budget and preferences. The food is super delicious they don’t have any restaurant so everything will serve in the room and the staff is very friendly the receptionist is attentive and quick response whenever we request for help. The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk from the Famous hot spring Toya Devasya and Batur Natural Hot spring. The famous temple Pura Segara is also closed to the hotel 10 minutes drive other than the Hotel the location little bit challenging as it is far inside with no restaurant around the area and the transportation is also need to be consider as there is no taxi around make sure to get a car or a bike or transportation arrangement.

The rooms were spacious and bright. The view from the property is beautiful and there is a beautiful shared pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating. There is a restaurant on site that also offers room service which was very convenient after a late arrival and long day of travel.

The communication with the property ahead of the visit was a little tricky at first until we got the number of someone who was more responsive. Aside from that, this place is good value for money and in a lovely spot.

This hotel has spectacular view overlooking the batur lake and mountain from the room as well as the swimming pool, very comfy bed and spacious room beautiful view and the food was also good and the staff is friendly especially the receptionist is attentive he will help and support you for anything you need and quick response.

Maybe just the signage from the road to the villa as it’s difficult to find as at night it’s dark and signage to reception

Please check the price from the other place if you would like to do some tour from there and don't depend the staff. The staff is giving a very high price.

The staff was nice and the scenery was beautiful also I had no mosquito bite while I was here. Probably due to the incense being used

I feel a maintenance on how to reduce the humidity in the bathroom should be done. It slows the air to remain humid leaving a mild and damp feel to that area. Probably constructing a wider window for air flow will help to suck the water out and leave it dry and smell free. In addition using a bleach and other cleaning supplies can help to give the fresh smell. Lastly, reptile repellents should be used as I came across a wall gecko during my stay.
