Good location, good staff. They helped me book transfer to hanoi

Facilities were not good, pool area was not usable. Breakfast was very poor ( I only got bread , egg and juice) and I had told them earlier that I dont eat egg ! So the inclusion of breakfast isn't really true.

Unfortunately the room was not that clean - dust covering the plugs (very visibly) and dusty floor in the bathroom.

Cena była świetna, hotel z potencjałem, niestety niewiele zgadzało się z opisem. Wygodne łóżko, spory pokój.

Pokój nie był dobrze posprzątany, brudne naczynie po poprzednim lokatorze. W rogach pokoju pajęczyny i dziury w ścianach. Brak śniadania które rzekomo mieliśmy w cenie, basen nieczynny.

Lovely big room, exceptionally kind and attentive host, lovely fresh breakfasts each morning.

It's great that we could reach each attraction by bike which are rented for free. There are some attractions further away and then you can rent a scooter. There's no big traffic, roads are safe and landscape is beautiful. We got a nice room (than you for a free upgrade) with a nice view on rice fields and it was very quite. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Early check-in wasn't possible but we could use a bathroom, store our luggage and rent bikes. The same on our departure day. It helped us a lot.

I'm not a fan of soft mattresses and I'd prefer much harder one. Also, the breakfast could be better organised. However, those two things are rather suggestions for improvement than complains as we were really happy with our stay.

The room was good, clean and comfortable. The bathroom great with a dedicate shower area. The lady at reception was helpful, with valuable tips.
