Big, comfortable room on 3rd floor. No lift, but staff took luggage up for us. Everything in excellent condition. Good location for sightseeing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic roof terrace on 4th floor.

Good coffee included with breakfast.

The owners are very nice and very helpful, very clean rooms, not far from attractions, good view from room & roof top. good wifi.

Access to rooms is up 3 flights of stairs, so access to these might be difficult for some people.

Our host was a sweet, very accommodating lady who met us upon arrival and helped us with our luggage up to the third floor (there was no elevator). The room wasn't large but had everything we needed. Plumbing and lighting was good. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. In general the building appeared to be fairly new. The rooftop sitting and eating area was a real bonus - it provided a great view and was airy. I think there was only us and one other guest staying in the Daad Fah Home during our three nights. At times the neighbourhood dogs were noisy but that was not the host's fault. Our car was parked in the owner's wide driveway, behind a locked gate at night. If there were more guests with cars, I'm not sure where they could park (a good question to ask the host before making a reservation). Breakfast was limited (a choice of four set meals) but okay. The cafe did not appear to be open during our stay.

For the price we paid for the room I think it was a pretty good deal. If we ever return to Phetchaburi, I would seriously consider staying at the Daad Fah Home (it did feel like staying in someone's home, rather than a hotel).
