Lovely rooms with nice bathroom in really central location in Betws-y-Coed.

No breakfast option available - not an issue because there’s lots of places to eat around but would’ve been nice to have the option.

The beds were very comfortable, the refreshments in the room were appreciated, the connection with a local Indian Restaurant and another cafe, where a discount was offered because of staying at Fairhaven, was a great bonus.

The property is an old building so you can clearly hear noise from other rooms. Luckily guests were not too loud and I admit there is not much that can be done by the owners about this. The shower also took some time to get to a decent temperature, I had to get a cold shower but my mum was able to get it to hot.
